Best GoPro Action Cameras in the UAE
GoPro remains the default choice for action footage, and the current line-up ranges from a tiny budget model to 360 cameras and creator bundles. The right pick depends on how you shoot: a compact HERO is ideal for helmets and handlebars, a 360 camera captures everything at once for reframing later, and a Creator Edition adds light and audio for vlogging. This guide covers six GoPro cameras sold at Amanoon, all waterproof and ready for desert, sea and sand. Each carries GoPro UAE warranty, and prices are current at the time of writing.

Buying advice
- Pick a standard HERO for mounted action, and a 360 model like the MAX 2 only if you want to film everything and reframe afterwards.
- A screen-free Mini body is lighter and cheaper, but a model with a rear touch LCD is easier to frame vlogs and selfies.
- Buy a spare Enduro battery for any full day out, since high-resolution recording drains action-camera batteries quickly.
- Creator bundles cost more up front but save money versus buying the light, grip and audio mods separately later on.
- All these GoPros are waterproof, but add a protective case and spare mounts for diving, watersports and dusty desert rides.
Verdict
For most UAE buyers the GoPro HERO12 Black at AED 1260 is the value sweet spot, offering flagship-level 5.3K video for less than the newest model. If you want the latest features, step up to the Hero13, and on a tight budget the HERO11 Black Mini is a superb mounted camera. Creators should invest in the HERO13 Creator Edition for its light and audio mods, while the MAX 2 360 is the one to pick for immersive 360 footage.
